We were approached by a large retail group to work with them on designing and pricing a range of furniture that would work well for their customers.
They were keen to sell fully assembled furniture at a reasonable cost. And the client liked the idea that their own customers would not have to get frustrated, trying to piece furniture together like the flat-pack variety from other retailers.
First, we worked with the retailer to put together realistic target pricing. From there, we were able to develop a range of attractive and functional furniture in commercial colours that we knew would sell well. We deliver all the units ready assembled, and the store sells them cheaper than certain flat-pack ranges.
The relationship has been so successful that our products have fast become one of the retailer’s best-selling ranges.
